Current Concepts in accelerated Implant treatment, Bone Grafting & Soft Tissue management

Dr. Fouad Khoury

Face-to-face Course with 1 Day Hands-On

Dallas (USA), January 17 & 18th, 2025

Description

This course will focus on the biology and not only on the surgical technique. In addition, some soft tissue management will be addressed in combination with bone grafting procedures (e.g. lateral approach and tunnel approach, during 3D bone augmentation, Kazanjian vestibuloplasty), as well as some papilla reconstruction techniques.

Hands on Workshops

  • The Bone Core Technique: a minimally invasive approach for bone augmentation (simultaneously with implant insertion) using bone graft harvested from the implant socket. This technique became in the last few years very popular because of the simple surgery and great results. This exercise is performed on a resin mandible.
  • The Bone Block Technique: harvesting from the retromolar area using the micro saw splitting the block and grafting following our SBB (shell) technique. The thin bone plates are stabilized with micro screws. This exercise is performed on the same resin mandible.

The Center for Advanced Dental Education Master Series Course with Dr. Ueli Grunder in September was sold out and a huge success. The second course in our Master Series features Professor Fouad Khoury, January 17-18, 2025. The course is already half full, so early registration is recommended.
